From the Author:

This book is fiction because it worked better than non-fiction, for one thing.
Secondly, allegory will hold the reader’s attention span longer than will non-fiction—very important in an age when the Electronic Revolt is devastating attention spans left and right.

And lastly, when I first touched pen to paper to begin, a torrent of fiction flooded out.

Honestly, I didn’t know what would happen.  But the concept of this book is very simple and very non-fictional.  I wanted to show the reader-any reader-that it is possible to study UFOs and other strange things for over 35 years, take the accumulated blob of data, myth, and theory and abstracted it.

In fictional terms, then, and for the above reasons, this little book is offered.  It contains what I have learned thus far from studying UFOs and other bizarre things, events, and people, and how deeply this study has affected my quest to comprehend the meaning, if any, of my own human existence.”
